For those considering have Lynda Cudney sell or find you a home, you have made the best choice. We hired Lynda to sell our house near Lindsay last year and never regretted our choice. Lynda helped with staging, was very willing to do open houses every weekend if we wanted, brought in many interested buyers and in the end was able to negotiate the price we wanted for the house. Once that stage was finished and we were ready to purchase a new home Lynda traveled down once or twice a week (spending two hours of her time travelling each time showing us many homes in Oshawa. After viewing at least 40 houses with her we found the one we wanted and she negotiated that deal for us also. I met Lynda when I was going through an extremely difficult and emotional time in my life. But searching for my home was just the beginning of the happiest chapter. Oh my. Where to begin. It was such a fluke meeting Lynda and we're so glad we did.
